Step 1. For EU countries, most SFC Dedicated Lines are DDP shipping, you could use them if you want to pay for VAT for recipients before shipping, so recipients do not need to handle this when their packages arrive at local.
Exception: The shipping lines below require an IOSS number for shipping, you could select them if you have one.

STEXPFS to Netherlands, Spain, Germany, France, Italty and Poland.
STZH2, STZBPH2 to all countries.
Step 2. When you prefer to let recipients to pay for VAT/DUTY themselves, please choose Expresses or Postal/ E-packet lines instead.
